摘  要:目的观察长期饮用纯净水伴低镁饲料对雄性大鼠健康的影响。方法用正常饲料(镁元素含量为需要量,0.4g/kg)正常水(TDS为175mg/L)、正常饲料纯净水(TDS为1.16mg/L)、低镁饲料(镁元素含量为需要量50%,0.2g/kg)正常水、低镁饲料纯净水饲喂断乳后雄性大鼠56d,观察并比较其体质量、脏器系数及血清、心、肝、脾、睾丸、骨骼镁含量和血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白/球比值等指标。结果正常饲料下,饮用纯净水对大鼠脏器系数和血清、心、肝、脾、睾丸、骨骼镁元素含量的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在饲料低镁时,与饮用正常水相比较,饮用纯净水可使大鼠体质量增长和血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在饲料中镁元素缺乏的情况下,长期饮用纯净水能够明显降低雄性大鼠的体质量和血清蛋白水平,有可能导致营养不良发生。Objective To investigate the effects of purified water on rat health and the synergistic action of magnesium-deficient diet. Methods Weaning SD rats were assigned to 4 groups, respectively fed on normal diet and normal water (control group), normal diet and purified water (group B ), magnesium-deficient diet and normal water (group C), magnesium-deficient diet and purified water (group D) for 8 weeks. The body we we t was measured once a week. After sacrifrce, the ed to calculate organic indexes. The serum protein, heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of rats were serum magnesium and organ magnesium were detected. Results No significant difference was found in body weight, organic indexes, the level of serum protein and serum magnesium between control group and group B ( P 〉 0.05 ). Body weight and the serum protein level in group D were significantly lower than those in group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion When rats are fed on magnesium-deficient diet, purified water intake decreases their body weight gain and restricts their serum protein synthesis.
