血清羟脯氨酸和透明质酸对当归补血汤治疗兔血吸虫病肝纤维化的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨血清羟脯氨酸(HYP)、透明质酸(HA)在当归补血汤治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化中的疗效考核作用。方法用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染日本大耳白兔,建立血吸虫病肝纤维化模型,随机将感染兔分成2个实验组(A、B组)和对照组(C组),分别于服药前及服药10周后检测HYP及HA含量,同时解剖兔模做肝组织病理学检查。结果实验组服药10周后血清HYP、HA含量较服药前明显降低(P<0.01),对照组则无明显变化(P>0.05);组织病理学肝纤维化程度与血清HYP、HA含量呈正相关关系。结论当归补血汤对兔血吸虫病肝纤维化有治疗作用;血清HYP、HA是肝纤维化疗效考核较好的无创性检测指标。Objective To explore the value of hydroxyproline （HYP） and hyaluronic acid （HA） as serologic biomarkers for evaluation of curative effect of Dangguibuxue decoction in the treatment of schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis. Methods A total of 34 rabbits were infected with Schistosorna japonicum cercariae to establish schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis models, and then the rabbits were randomly divided into two experimental groups （A, B） and control group （Group C）. The levels of HYP and HA were determined before treatment, 10 weeks post-treatment, respectively. The rabbits in different groups were sacrificed 10 weeks post-treatment, and the liver tissues were examined histopathologically. Results The levels of HYP and HA of experimental groups 10 weeks post-treatment were significantly lower than those of time zero samples （P 〈0.01）, while the control group showed no significant changes （P〉0.05）. The hepatic fibrosis degree of experimental groups was lighter than that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Hepatic fibrosis degree was correlated with HYP and HA levels. Conclusions This experiment suggests that Dangguibuxue decoction has therapeutic effect on rabbit＇s schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis, and HYP and HA are valuable and noninvasive serologic biomarkers for evaluating hepatic fibrosis.
