摘 要:目的通过对运用两种方法建立氧化铝/羟基磷灰石纳米陶瓷骨替代材料修复兔桡骨缺损模型研究,探讨因手术方式、材料的固定模式等因素对实验建模的影响。方法把20只成年中国家兔随机分为A、B两组,采用不同的术式将双侧桡骨制造成10-14mm长的骨缺损模型,分别植入氧化铝/羟基磷灰石纳米陶瓷A、B两型骨替代材料,术后进行一般情况观察和1、2周X线平片检查。结果术式A的建模成功率为60.0%,术式B建模成功率为89.5%,两者有显著性差异(χ2=4.439,P<0.05)。结论术中创伤小,对兔前臂组织结构破坏少的B术式和具有内固定功能B型材料的组合是良好的建模方式。Objective To find out the difference of two operative methods in creating the model of the Al2O3 - HA artificial bone for repair of the radial segmental defect of rabbits and to evaluate the surgical methods and material fixing effect of creating models. Methods The animal model of bone defect ( 10 - 14ram) was made on the middle part of bilateral radial shaft of 20 Chinese rabbits with different operative methods (A/B), which were randomly and equally divide into two groups (A/B). These defects were embedded with different style (A/B) of A1203 - HA artificial bone, and examined by observation and X - ray at 1 and 2 weeks after implantation. Results The percentage of successful operation in group A was 60%, and that in group B was 89.5%, there was significant difference between two groups ( X^2 = 4.439, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Operation method B with Al2O3 - HA artificial bone B is a good animal experimental model with less injury and less damage to tissue structure of rabbit's antebrachium.
