摘　　要：公安机关在治安案件查处中使用电子证据,要明确电子证据的基本范畴,把握电子证据的内涵、外延与基本特征,注意这一新型证据形式与传统证据形式的区别,在法律法规尚不健全的情况下,合法、准确、有效地提取和采信电子证据。When applying electronic evidence into implementing public safety cases, the police should have a clear mind towards the basic category of electronic evidence, grasp its connotation, denotation and essential characteristics, attend to the differences between this new evidence and those traditional ones, so that, the electronic evidence can be caught and adopted legally, accurately and effectively under the circumstance that the legal regulations on it are incomplete though.
