摘 要:目的探讨新装修房屋中主要挥发性有机物苯和甲醛对小鼠骨髓成纤维细胞的毒性作用。方法选择40户装修3个月内的居室检测空气中甲醛和苯浓度,共设87个检测点作为检测对象,并根据现场所测得的甲醛和苯浓度制定小鼠的染毒剂量。在静式染毒柜内对小鼠染毒。体外培养骨髓基质成纤维细胞。结果现场检测的87个检测点中,甲醛和苯的总体平均浓度均高于国家标准浓度,总体超标率为47%;对超标严重的检测点1年后复检,其甲醛仍有部分超标,超标率为18%;苯没有超标。骨髓基质成纤维细胞集落数随染毒剂量的增加明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲醛和苯仍然是现代装修的主要污染物之一,甲醛在苯致造血微环境毒性作用的过程中起辅助作用,具体机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To explore the toxic effect of volatile organic compounds in the air of newly decorated houses on bone marrow fibroblastoid stromal cell in mice. Methods 87 monitoring sites of 40 newly decorated houses within 3 months were selected to determine the concentrations of benzene and formaldhyde, that the mice were exposed to the concentrations in toxicant exposure cabinet. Bone marrow fibroblast cell of mice was cultured in vitro. Results The average concentrations of formaldehyde and benzene in indoor air were higher than those of national standards, the exceeding rate was 47%. After one year , the unqualifed sites were detected again and found that exceeding rate of formaldehyde was 18% ,the value of benzene accorded with the national standards. With the increase of dose , Marrow stromal fibroblasts gradually decreased. Conclusion Formaldhyde and benzene are still the main pollution in modem decoration. Formaldhyde has the effect of subordination in the course of hematopoietic microenvironment induced by benzene, and its mechanism need further study.
