摘　　要：较详细地介绍了全低压大型制氧机来用空气膨胀制冷进行“液体回灌”启动操作的几种流程及相应的操作方法和各“液体回灌”流程在蓄冷器、可逆式板翅换热器、分子筛制氧机上的应用及注意事项。Several start operating processes of 'liquid return' for all low pressure large oxygen making machine are presented in detail. The processes were carried out by us- ing air expansion refrigeration. Operating methods of the processes are described. Applica tion and points for attention of each 'liquid return' process used for cold accumulator, re- versible plate wing heat exchanger and molecular sieve oxyge making machine are presnt ed.
