重定量高效工艺的纺纱实践

摘　　要：以C 27.8 tex纱为例,介绍了高效工艺流程,对相关工序提出了具体的工艺调整措施,并对普通工艺与高效工艺的细纱成纱指标进行了对比,结果表明重定量高效工艺是可行的。Taking spinning C 27.8 tex yam as ar. example, this paper introduces the high efficient process flow with measures in adjusting the related process detailed. A comparison of the formed yarn quality index of high efficient spinning process against normal spinning process is also followed to indicate that a heavy set weight and high efficient spinning process is practical.
