提花机原装造的改造利用

摘　　要：提花机织物用途广泛,装饰效果好,倍受消费者喜爱。但近年来,因其批量小,生产周期长,生产成本高,更换品种困难,呈现产销萎缩状况,而提高提花机装造的利用率,降低生产成本是提高提花织物在纺织品市场上竞争能力的重要手段。文章介绍了利用提花机原装造的几种方法及相对应的纹制工艺的制定,从而实现缩短提花织物的生产周期,降低生产成本,提高竞争能力。Woven figured fabric is loved by customers because of its extensive use and better decorations. In the recent years, however, its production and sale are contracted due to small batch, long production cycle, high cost and difficult variety change. Make use of jacquard loom control and reduce production cost are the main measure to enhance the competitive ability in the woven figured fabric market. This paper introduces several methods of using original jacquard loom control and its corresponding formulation of jacquard weaving technology so as to realize the shortening of production cycle of woven figured fabric, reduce its production cost and enhance the competitive ability.
