赛络纺生产彩色花式线的实践

摘　　要：利用赛络纺技术,采用红白两种颜色、定量为4.1g/10m的粗纱生产了14.6 tex纯棉彩色花式线。阐述了主要技术措施和生产注意事项。给出了细纱工序工艺参数,测定了彩色花式线的物理指标,表明该纱线的毛羽少且质量高。By using siro-spinning technique, 14.6 tex pure cotton colourful fancy yam made of red and white roving with a set weight of 4.1 g/10m is produced. And main technical measure,; are analyzed in this paper with attentions in production emphasized too. Main processing parameters in its spinning are given and physics indexes of the colourful fancy yarn are tested in this article. The analysis indicates that the eolourful fancy yarn features fewer hairiness and high quality.
