摘　　要：为解决桑蚕丝弹力包覆纱生产中存在的工艺与质量问题,在HKV141D-Ⅰ型包覆机上采取不同工艺设计、不同工艺参数进行纺纱试验,对成纱结构及性能进行了分析与测试,并对影响成纱性能的主要因素作了分析与探讨。In order to solve the process and quality problems in producing mulberry silk elastic wrapped yarn, different process designs and processing parameters are adopted on HKV141D- I wrapping machine for spinning testing. And yarn structure and property are analyzed and tested with major factors to affect the yarn performarLce also analyzed and discussed.
