摘　　要：目的:调查我院门诊电子处方质量,探讨避免问题处方产生的对策。方法:对我院2006年9月～2007年1月门诊电子处方审核过程中发现的问题处方进行统计、分析。结果:审核577 628张处方中,问题处方16 350张,占总处方数2.83%,其中录入错误14 078张,占问题处方数86.10%;药物滥用912张,占5.58%;其他不合理用药处方1 360张,占8.32%。结论:可通过完善电子处方审核系统,加强医务人员综合素质等措施采提高电子处方的质量。Objective： To investigate electronic prescriptions （EPs） of outpatients in our hospital and look for solutions to efiminate questionable EPs. Methods： Questionable EPs during the time from SCp. 2006 to Jan. 2007 were picked out and analyzed statistically. Results： 2.83% of total 577,628 sheets （ 16,350 sheets） were questionable. Among them, there were 14,078 sheets with inputting errors, accounting for 86.1%. In addition, there were 5.58% with drug abuse and 8.32% with other factors. Conclusions： The quality of EPs can be improved with the EPs Screening System perfected and the quality of medical staff promoted.
