摘 要:提出一种适用于输油金属管线阴极防腐保护的新型DC/DC变换器,讨论其电路拓扑及工作原理,通过规范化状态轨迹图,对其工作过程进行定量分析与研究,得出有关的设计与计算公式,并结合其工作特点给出一种独特的脉冲频率调制(PFM)控制方法。基于此电路拓扑及控制方法所研发的阴极防腐保护开关稳压电源,具有输出容量大、纹波幅度小和可靠性高等特点。This paper proposes a new type power converter for the cathode anticorrosion of oil-conveyance pipelines. Its circuit topology and operation principle are discussed . Also the operating process is analyzed and calculated by means of state locus charts generalized, thus the relevant design formulas are derived. A kind of distinctive pulse frequency modulation (PFM) control method is presented in accordance with the working characteristics of the converter as a specific case. The switch mode power supply (SMPS) which are developed for cathode anticorrosion protection on the basis of the converter are of high power, low ripple output and high reliability.
