摘 要:全桥零电压零电流脉宽调制变换器在全桥零电压脉宽调制变换器的基础上增加一个可饱和电感和阻断电容,使一次电流在箝位续流时段很快衰减到零并保持,滞后臂的功率器件实现了零电流关断,超前臂的功率器件实现了零电压开通。一方面使得具有关断拖尾电流特性的IGBT应用到了全桥软开关变换器中,另一方面解决了关断损耗,减小了占空比损失。详细分析了全桥零电压零电流脉宽调制变换器的工作原理,在此基础上,通过在MATLAB7.0中建立可变电感的模型代替可饱和电感,对主电路进行了建模和仿真。模型运行后得出与理论分析相吻合的结果,证明了模型的准确性。同时,获得一套满足超前臂零电压开通,滞后臂零电流关断的主电路仿真参数。The FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter subjoined a saturation inductor and a obstructive capacitor into the FB-ZVS-PWM converter. At the freewheeling interval, the primary current is attenuated fast to zero and maintained.And then, power devices of the lagging leg become a Zero-Current-Switch(ZCS),power devices of the leading leg become a Zero-Voltage-Switch(ZVS).In this way ,on the one hand the IGBT with tail current can be easily used for hill bridge soft-switching converter,on the other hand shutting wastage was solved and duty circle loss is greatly reduced.In this paper,the operation principle of the FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter is analyzed in detail. Based on above analysis,alterable inductance model was designed instead of the saturation inductor using MATLAB 7.0.The accordant result with theoretical analysis is gained after the simulation to the circuit.The simulation result shows the model of alterable inductance is right.At the same time,a suit of simulated parameter which achieved ZVS of leading leg and ZCS of lagging leg were obtained.
