复发性生殖器疱疹病人抑郁情绪调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解复发性生殖器疱疹病人抑郁情绪的发生情况,提高对复发性生殖器疱疹的治疗效果。方法以62例复发性生殖器疱疹病人为试验组,以51例正常人为对照组。采用抑郁他评量表中HAMD、抑郁自评量表中SDS和Cattell-16PF三种量表分别对两组进行测评分析。结果用HAMD量表测定试验组的抑郁情绪发生率为50.61%(32/62),重度抑郁的发生率为11.29%(7/62);用SDS量表测定试验组的抑郁情绪发生率为48.39%(30/62),重度抑郁的发生率为9.68%(6/62);用HAMD法K=0.83,SDS法K=0.89;Cattell-16PF中稳定性、敏感性、怀疑性和紧张性等人格特质与对照组有明显差异。结论复发性生殖器疱疹病人存在着明显的心理异常,尤其是抑郁情绪表现突出,在临床诊疗中,对复发性生殖器疱疹病人既要进行药物治疗,又应积极了解其心理状况,发现其抑郁情绪等心理症状,针对抑郁情绪加强相应的心理治疗。Objective To investigate the incidence of depressive mood developed in the relapsing genital herpes patients and to improve the quality of treatment for the relapsing genital herpes patients though adopting different methods of nursing according to different degrees of depressive mood. Methods Sixty-two relapsing genital herpes patients were classified as testing group,while 51 patients with common dermatoses were classified as control group, we used three measurement methods which were HAMD,SDS and Cattell-16PF to study whether the abnormal psychological condition existed respectively. Results ①The results of HAMD showed that depressive mood developed in 50. 61% （32/62）of the relapsing genital herpes patients, and severe depressive mood occurred in 11.29% （7/62）of them. ②The results of SDS showed that depressive mood developed in 48. 39% （30/62）of the relapsing genital herpes patients, and severe depressive mood occurred in 9. 68 % （6/62）of them. ③K = 0. 83 in HAMD method and K = 0. 89 in SDS. ④The result of Cattell-16PF showed that there were four characteristic idiosyncracies which included stability,sensitivity,suspicion and tensity had significant discrepancy with the control group. Conclusion There is obvious psychological abnormal exist in the patients with relapsing genital herpes especially depressive mood. We should not only give efficient medicine cure to them, but also find their mental disorders in time and improve related psychological treatment in our work according to the different degrees of the depressive mood.
