摘　　要：数控布带缠绕机是复合材料快速成形加工中的关键设备之一。介绍了磨削布带缠绕机缠绕机构的组成,着重介绍3种布带成形方式及其实现要求,同时对它们的特点进行了详细的分析比较,并针对影响缠绕质量的关键物理参数:缠绕张力、缠绕压力、缠绕温度,提出了控制方法。The NC cloth tape winding machine is one of the key machines in the quick forming and processing of composites. The structure of winding framework of a milling cloth type winding machine is introduced at first in the text. It emphasizes three kinds of forming modes and implements based on the machine respectively, and compares them in detail. It provides a series of contolling methods of winding parameters, including the tension, pressure and temperature of winding mode, effecting quality of winded produces.
