青银注射液静脉、腹腔注射对小鼠半数致死量(LD_(50))的测定

摘　　要：目的:观察青银注射液静脉、腹腔注射对小鼠的急性毒性,测定半数致死量(LD50)。方法:测出静脉注射青银注射液的LD100为225g/kg,按1:0.99的组间距设6个组,采用寇氏法测定静脉注射LD50;测出腹腔注射青银注射液的LD100为500g/kg,按1:0.98的组间距设6个组,采用寇氏法测定腹腔注射LD50。结果:青银注射液静脉注射LD50为197.90g/kg(相当于临床日用量的132倍),95%可信限为192.55～203.40g/kg;腹腔注射LD50为413.66g/kg(相当于临床日用量的276倍),95%可信限为403.68～423.87g/kg。结论:青银注射液临床日用量安全。Objective ：To observe the acute toxicity of Qingyin injection in mice by iv and ip injection, and to determine the LD50. Methods：The LD100 in mice by iv injection was preliminarily measured to be 225g/kg, then mice were divided into 6 groups randomly; the interval between groups was set according to 1：0.99.Karbcr＇s method was used to test the LDso of Qingyin injection in mice by iv injection; the LD100 in mice by ip injection was measured to be 500g/kg, then mice were divided into 6 groups randomly; the interval between groups was set according to 1：0.98. Karbcr＇s method was used to test the LD50 of Qingyin injection in mice by ip injection. Results：LD50 of Qingyin injection in mice by iv injection is 197.90g/kg,with a 95% confidence limit of 192.55- 203.40g/kg;LD50 of Qingyin injection in mice by ip injection is 413.66g/kg,with a 95% confidence limit of 403.68-423.87g/kg. Conclusion：The clinical daily dose of Qingyin injection is safe.
