摘　　要：民主决策不仅是农村村民自治和城市社区居民自治的一项重要内容,而且是一关键环节。由于农村和城市社会结构的不同,在民主决策方面两者存在明显差异,具体表现在决策主体、决策内容、决策程序和方法等方面。The democratic decision-making is not only an important content of the self-governance of both countryside villagers and city community residents, but also a key link to practice it. As a result of the differences between the rural and the urban social structures, there also exist obvious differences in terms of democratic policy-making, namely, policy-maklng main body, policymaking content, decision-making procedure and method, etc.
