小湾水电工程:澜沧江上升起的一颗明珠  

Xiaowan Hydropower Project:A Bright Pearl of Lancang River

摘　　要：小湾水电站．这项凝聚着几代水电建设者们梦想与心血的澜沧江中下游梯级电站的”龙头水库”，云南省西部大开发的标志性工程．西电东送战略的骨干电源点，于2002年1月开工．2004年10月提前一年大江截流，2005年12月提前一年开始大坝混凝土浇筑，截至2007年9N份，已经完成大坝混凝土浇筑310万立方。2009年首台70万千瓦机组将提前一年发电，2011年全部建成投产发电已经指日可待。As for the development of Lancang River Basin,the total storage capacity of Xiaowan reservoir is 150 billion m3 and its total installed capacity reaches 4.2 million kW,Xiaowan reservoir is a multi-year regulating storage reservoir.Because of startup of Xiaowan reservoir,8th-cascade hydropower stations of two reservoirs in Lancang River Basin get the 'compensation' to make output of cascade hydropower station in the lower reaches to increase by 1.1 million kW during the dry seasons,and the total energy output to increase by 41 billion kW·h,and multi-year regulating hydropower installed capacity in Yunnan province to increase from 15% to 70%.All in all,with the building of Xiaowan hydropower station,energy output in Yunnan province during the dry seasons can reach 51% of total energy output,and electric power quality is also improved as well.Electric power transmitted to developed area,for example Guangdong province,can meet seasonal demand better.In February of 2001,Yunnan Lancang River Hydro-power Developing Co.,Ltd was officially established,and at the end of 2002,the name of the company was changed to be Yunnan Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Co.,Ltd to take the responsibility of Lancang river basin development.Its subsidiary,Xiaowan Hydropower Project Construction Administration Bureau,take the responsibil-ity of construction and management of Xiaowan hydro-power station.Large hydropower station is famous for its large amount of projects,limited construction time and tough tasks.The total investment of Xiaowan project reached 300 billion RMB.From previous river closure to excavation of dam foundation,large drilling machinery and earthmoving ma-chinery play much important role in the construction.Dur-ing the construction of dam and underground powerhouse,large cranes,large aggregate production system,concrete mixing plant,drilling Jumbo and pile foundation treatment equipment are the major edge tools for large construction pool operation to solve difficult construction problems.Quality and stability of equipm
