摘　　要：在宝钢分公司3#厚板坯连铸机扇形段轻压下控制技术实践的基础上,介绍扇形段轻压下控制技术和实现的主要控制功能。在扇形段轻压下控制中,通过对每个扇形段的入口侧和出口侧的两端辊子的辊缝进行控制,实现对板坯厚度及压下程度的控制,其控制是由液压系统来完成的。轻压下技术的采用,有效减少了铸坯中心疏松和偏析,对提高产品质量有重要意义。The segment soft reduction control technology and its main control functions are introduced on the basis of the segment soft reduction control technology developed for No. 3 slab caster at Baosteel Branch. In the soft reduction control process, the slab thickness and drafts can be controlled by the hydraulic system through controlling the inlet and outlet gaps of each segment. With the soft reduction technology, the cast slab＇ s central porosity and segregation were effectively reduced, which was important to improvement of the product quality.
