摘 要:冷固结工艺是一种简单可靠、适应性广的球团生产工艺。宝钢转炉尘泥具有粒度细、含铁量高的特点,是宝贵的二次资源。对宝钢转炉尘泥进行了原料分析,通过配料和工艺设计及检测分析,成功开发出符合使用要求的宝钢转炉尘泥冷固球团。经宝钢炼钢厂现场使用证明宝钢转炉尘泥冷固球团可以替代原有除尘灰热压球团和部分铁矿石等,具有较好的冷却和化渣效果。分析表明采用冷固结工艺替代原有热压工艺生产冷固球团返回转炉应用是宝钢转炉尘泥资源有效的利用途径。Cold-hardening is a simple and credible technique in pellet production, which has found wide application in steelmaking. Dust and sludge from Baosteel converters is a valuable secondary resource with characteristics of fine grains and high ferric content. Through analysis of dust and sludge from Baoteel converters, burdening, process design and measurement, the technique of cold-hardened pellets using dust and sludge from Baoteel converters was successfully developed. Its application in Baosteel converters proves that cold-hardened pellets have good effects of cooling and melting. It can substitute for original hot-pressed pellets and part of iron ore. The analysis indicates that cold-hardened pellet process in the converter steelmaking is an effective way of reusing dust and sludge from Baosteel converters.
