摘　　要：高低压预装式变电站是一种新型的中压变、配电设备。介绍了高低压预装式变电站的智能化技术:具有实时高低压电参数的测量、计算、分析及存储技术;实时监测熔断器和负荷开关组合电器的运行状态技术;实时测量变压器室与变压器绕组内的温度,可及时启动或停止排风扇,使其降温,防止变压器故障或损坏等功能。分析了箱变高压侧的"三相互扰"问题,变电站内部电弧产生原因,给出了限制内部故障电弧的措施。该箱式变电站具有成套性强、可伸入负荷中心、体积小等优点,可广泛用于各类场所。High and low voltage pre-assembled substation is a new type medium voltage power transforming and distributing equipment. Introduction was made to intellectualization technology of high and low voltage pre-assembled substation： with real-time high and low voltage electrical parameter measurement, calculation, analysis and memory technology; real-time monitoring fuse and load switch composition electrical apparatus operation state technology; real-time measurement for temperature in transformer chamber and transformer windings, to start or stop cooling fans in time to drop in temperature, preventing transformer from breakdown or mangle functions. Analysis was made to ＂threephase mutual interference＂problem at cabinet substation high voltage side, generation causes of substation internal arc, giving out measures to limit internal breakdown arc. The cabinet substation is with strong in complete set, to stretch into load center, small in volume advantages, to be widely applied in every kind of site.
