摘　　要：概述了壮族板鞋舞的起源和发展,对板鞋舞的健身娱乐价值和文化特征进行分析。研究表明,壮族板鞋舞既属于艺术范畴,又属于体育手段,板鞋舞不仅具有民族性、地域性、集体性、交融性、观赏性和综合性等文化特征,而且还具有健身、健心、体育旅游开发等社会价值。The author gave an overview of the origin and development of board-shoe dance popular among people of Zhuang nationality, analyzed the fitness and entertainment values and cultural characteristics of board-shoe dance, and revealed the following findings： board-shoe dance popular among people of Zhuang nationality is both an art and a sports means, having not only such cultural characteristics as being national, regional, collective, interactive, enjoyable and comprehensive, but also such social values as being good for physical health, mental health and sports tourism development.
