摘　　要：生活垃圾是地球上唯一在增长的资源,所以称为是放错了地方的资源。因此,从调查研究入手,介绍了启东农村生活垃圾处理现状,处置中存在的问题,并提出了农村处置生活垃圾的具体措施和加强常效管理的对策。The amount of domestic garbage, the so called resource in wrong place, is growing. In this paper, rural garbage disposal in Qidong was investigated and existing problems were pointed out. Measures on disposal and management were proposed in the last.
