摘 要:目的:为贵州省贵阳市产的少花桂油的质量提供科学依据。方法:在适宜采收期,用水中蒸馏法提取少花桂叶中挥发油;用色谱法测定其中黄樟素含量;用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GS/MS)分析确定其中成分。结果:贵阳产少花桂油的主要成分为黄樟素,其平均含量为92.8%;其他成分有5个:芳樟醇、(+)-(4R)-苎烯、3-丙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚、甲氧基丁子香酚、十六酸。结论:贵阳种植的少花桂油成分不复杂,品质较好。贵阳适宜发展少花桂种植。Objective: In order to provide scientific basis for quality of oil from leaves of Cinnamomum pauciflorum in guiyang. Methods : Put the leaves from Cinnamomum pauciflorum into the flask with water and distilled its naphtha under atmospheric pressure, and computed its oil yielding rate after weight the oil, determined the contents of safrole in the oil by gas chromatography , analysed on its chemical constituents by GC/MS. Resuits : Safrole was main composition of oil from leaves of Cinnamomum pauciflorum in guiyang, its average content was 92.8%, else contents were least , only five: linalool, ( + ) - (4R) limonene, 3 - allyl - 2 - methoxyphenol, methoxyeugenol, n - hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of oil from leaves of Cinna- momum pauciflorum was not tanglesome , its quality was better. It was feasible to plant Cinnamomum pauciflorum in guiyang.
