摘  要:介绍了转炉双联法冶炼新工艺的技术现状及JFE、住友、新日铁、神户制钢和宝钢等国内外厂家各自开发的转炉脱磷工艺及其生产实绩。转炉双联法脱磷比传统方法工序简化,转炉内自由空间大,反应动力学条件优越,生产成本较低,通常铁水磷含量可脱至0.010%。双联法适于大批量、经济地生产纯净钢。The current technical situation of new duplex steelmaking technology for converter is described, each dephosphorization process developed by enterprises at home and abroad such as JFE, Sumitomo Metals,Nippon Steel,Kobe Steel , Baosteel ,etc. and their production are introduced. Duplex steelmaking technology is simpler than the conventional one, the free room in converter is larger, the reaction dynamics condition is better, the production cost is cheaper, and phosphorus content in liquid iron may be generally reduced to 0.010%. Duplex steelmaking technology is suitable for batch and economical production of pure steel.
