摘　　要：奥运2008协同服务机构综合信息智能管理系统是中国面向世界提供组织机构代码信息服务的一扇窗口,确保系统的安全稳定,建立完善的信息安全保障体系至关重要。本文针对上述系统的信息安全保障体系建设,从理念到方法,策略到实现,进行深入地分析和探讨。以系统的安全模型为基础,结合系统特点,确定系统应采用的安全机制,并进行详细的分析和阐述。最后探讨如何从技术与管理两方面出发,通过集成和融合具体的安全模块、产品、工程等要素使综合信息智能管理系统安全保障体系成为可以实际运行并自我优化的优良体系。The integrated intellectualized information managing system of the Olympic Games 2008 cooperative service organization is a window to provide National Organization Code service for the world,so it is of primely importance to establish the Information Security Assurance System （ISAS）for the security and stability of the above managing system. In this its t realization thesis,th ISAS,including heory,method,stratagem is thoroughly analysed sed. With the securitymodal and the characteristic of the system,the security ined F ow a integrated intellectualized decided and explaned in detail. Finally,how a integrated intellectralized information managing system could be built as a real operation and self-optimizing system with security modularity,products and engineering is analyzed from technique and mangement.
