摘　　要：目的：用HPLC法测定龙胆泻肝丸中的黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Nova-Pak C18柱（3．9mm×150mm，4μm），以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（45：55：1）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长275nm。结果：对照品在0．815～4．075μg／ml范围内呈线性关系（r=0．9996），加样回收率平均为99．4％，RSD为1．12％。结论：本方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于测定龙胆泻肝丸中黄芩苷的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining baicalin in Longdan Xiegan Pills. METHODS The condition of HPLC was Nova- Pak C18 column（ 3.9 mm× 150 mm,4 μm） ;mobile phase was methanol- water- acetic acid glacial（ 45 ： 55： 1 ） ,with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, UV detector at 275 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve showed linear （r = 0. 999 6 ） within the range of 0.815 -4. 075 μg/ml for baicalin, the average recovery was 99.4% （ n =6） ,RSD was 1.12%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and repeatability ,and suitable for the quality control of the drug.
