摘  要:热稳定性是半导体激光泵浦固体激光器(DPSSL)的重要问题,对出光功率、光束质量以及总体稳定性等都有严重影响。研究了热稳定腔的热稳定性条件,采用临界腔的方法实验测量了不同调Q频率激光振荡的热稳定区。结果表明:随着激光调Q频率的提高,激光的热透镜焦距变长,热稳定区变宽。研究结果对热稳定性理论进行了补充,为非线性效应等脉冲激光应用的腔型设计提供了有益指导。Thermal stability is an important issue of diode pumped solid state lasers, having great impact on output power, beam quality and stability of the laser, The thermal stability of Q switch DPSSL is studied, And the condition of thermally stabilized laser is studied and the constant area under different Q frequency is measured. Study shows that: along with the increase of Q frequency, the focal length of thermal lens becomes longer, the thermal constant area becomes wider. The result provides further supplement to the thermal stability theory, and direction of the designing of laser cavity for nonlinear application.
