窑坎的研究

摘　　要：介绍了数值模拟研究窑坎的结果,指出窑坎的位置基本上应该和玻璃液面最高温度一致,窑坎高度可按近似式(h1-2h)≥h0≥2h(式中h1为熔化池深,h0为窑坎高,h为流液洞高)确定。还表明了物理模拟研究的结果和数值模拟结果是一致的。The results of mathematical simulation for threshold show that the location of threshold should basically be in correspondence with the maximum temperature of metal line. The height of threshold can be determined by the approximate formula （h1 -2h）≥h0≥2h （there, h1 is the depth of tank, h0 is the height of threshold, h is the height of throat）. It is proved that the results of physical simulation are in good agreement with the results of mathematical simulation.
