摘  要:针对吉林油田大位移井的钻井实际,建立新的大位移井整体钻柱摩阻力分析的间隙元模型.根据钻柱在井眼中的受力状况,给出大位移井钻柱摩阻力沿轴线的分布规律.依据该模型和理论编制了软件,进行扶平24大位移井的摩擦阻力计算.通过与现场实测值的比较,理论计算值的平均误差为6.94%,能满足石油钻井工程现场的需要.In view of existing situation of the extended-reach wells (ERW), a new mechanics model for the torque and drag calculation of the whole drill-sting is established with gap element method in extended reach wells and it considers for drilling fluid, contact friction and local bending of drilling-string. Taking into account the effect of well hole, the distribution patterns for the torque and drag along the axial line of extended-reach wells are obtained and the corresponding software is made. On the basis of those models, the torque and drag of the Fuping Well was calculated. The average error of the results in theoretical forecasting is 6.94% in comparison with the field test values, which meet the practical requirements in drilling operation.
