摘 要:介绍了一种以TMS320F2812为控制核心的同步发电机励磁控制系统。针对因电网频率的微小波动所造成采样精度下降的问题,引入了锁相环电路,实现了同步采样,提高了采样精度;针对传统直流采样需要借助结构复杂的变送器和采用半控型器件晶闸管进行整流的问题,分别使用交流采样技术和智能功率模块I(PM)来代替,提高了硬件电路的可靠性。采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法,减少了谐波污染。实验结果表明,该励磁控制器的主要性能指标均高于国家标准,具有较好的推广前景。An excitation control system of synchronous generator by using TMS320F2812 as the control center is introduced.In view of toothful fluctuation of electric grid frequency caused decline of sampling precision,the phase locked loop circuit and the synchronous sampling were introduced to enhance the sample precision.Aiming at traditional direct current sample needing structure complex transmitter and using thyristor as rectification device,the alternating current sample and intelligent power modules were adopted instead of tranditional methods,and reliability of hardwared connection was enhanced.The Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) arithmetic was also used in the new control system and the harmonic pollution was reduced.The test result indicates that main properties of excitation controller precede the state criterion.The excitation controller has a brighter application value in the future.
