摘 要:目的:探讨小剂量低分子肝素对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠胰腺微循环血流及血管通透性的影响。方法:逆行经胰胆管注入3%牛磺胆酸钠诱导致大鼠重症胰腺炎模型,于不同时相给予低分子肝素(LMWH)处理并观察胰腺微循环血流及测定微血管通透性,进行病理评分。结果:早期应用低分子肝素能改善重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微循环。结论:低分子肝素是改善重症胰腺炎胰腺微循环的有效途径。Objective:Tostudy the effects of low dose low molecular weighe heparin(LMWH) on pancreatic microcirculation in the rats of severe acute pancreatitis . Methods:The SAP models were produced by injection of 3% sodium taurocholate via the cannulated biliopancreatic duct , the LMWH was conducted by subcutaneous injection at diffideat time . The pancreatic microcirculation blood was determined by laster Dopplar blood analysis instrument and then the pancreatic tissues were taken for pathological scoring. The other rats were used to determine the microvascular permeability by injecting 1% Events blue via femoral vein. Results: LMWH could improve pancreatic microcircular blood infusion and speed in the early phase. Conclution: LMWH is an effective way to improve the pancreatic microcirculation in the rats of SAP.
