摘  要:利用B超和计算机设计一套实验装置,观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)击打离体猪肌肉组织后组织内温度的变化。实验结果表明:(1)组织温度变化时其散射的超声回波幅值发生变化,超声散射回波的小波变换系数也发生变化;(2)超声散射回波的幅值变化和组织温度变化的关系与超声散射回波的小波变换系数变化和组织温度变化的关系相同;(3)生物组织温度在37~600C间,超声散射回波的幅值和超声散射回波的小波变换系数随温度上升而增大;生物组织温度在60~800C间,超声散射回波的幅值和超声散射回波的小波变换系数变化与温度变化没有确定的关系。An experimental setup was designed with a mode B ultrasonic equipment and a computer to detect the temperature change in biological tissue. The sample was in vitro pork muscle hit by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). It was proved that: (1) the amplitude of backscattered ultrasound echoes changed with the tissue temperature, also done the wavelets coefficients; (2) the relationship between the amplitude of backscattered ultrasound echoes and the tissue temperatures was the same as the relationship between the wavelets coefficients of backscattered ultrasound echoes and the tissue temperatures; (3) the amplitude or the wavelets coefficients of backscattered ultrasound echoes increased with the tissue temperature from 37℃ to 60℃,however there was no corresponding relationship between the amplitude or the wavelets coefficients of backscattered ultrasound echoes and the tissue temperatures from 60℃ to 80℃.
