摘　　要：首先对我国不同时期出现的冷链定义进行了对比研究,分析了定义的提出背景和内涵,理清了冷链定义间的关系;然后从不同角度对欧洲、日本和美国的冷链定义进行了对比分析;最后在前面研究分析的基础上,提出了适合我国情况的冷链定义。The paper compares the definitions of cold chain at different time, analyzes the backgrounds and connotations of the definitions, makes a comparative analysis on the definitions in Europe, Japan and America from the different angles and at last, gives out the definition of cold chain fitting for our situation.
