摘 要:本文介绍了作者研制的内燃机缸内瞬态传热研究应用的总热流与辐射热流传感器。应用过渡状态的测试方法,尽可能减少了燃烧室内积碳对传感器的污染,从而提高了瞬态辐射热流的测试精度。实测单缸风冷柴油机缸内局部瞬态辐射热流的结果表明,瞬态辐射热流主要发生在压缩上止点及之后50°CA~70°CA;循环平均辐射热流与实测总热流平均值比较,辐射热流占总热流的相对值可达20%以上;随柴油机负荷增大,其相对值呈上升趋势。The paper presents the self made total heat flux sensor and radiant heat flux sensor used to investigate transient heat transfer in I.C. engines. Under the transition condition, transient radiant heat fluxes in the cylinder of an air cooling diesel were measured with the clear surface of the probe end so that the deposit influence on measurement accuracy is as small as possible. The results show that radiant heat transfer mainly occurs during the period of 50°CA~70°CA after the compression expansion top dead center. The time mean value comparison between radiant heat flux and total one indicates that the ratio varies with the engine load and is more than 20 percent. When the load increases, the ratio value gets higher.
