摘 要:本文主要研究燃油喷入气体中的雾化过程。在假设雾化是由于气液之间气动相互作用导致液体射流表面不稳定波增长并最终导致细小液滴形成的基础上,把燃油雾化过程分为两个阶段:1次雾化和2次雾化。前者只发生在气液交界面上,主要由不稳定波增长和破碎所引起;后者则发生在气液渗混区,受1次雾化后形成的液滴在气体中进一步破碎和聚合控制。文章最后分析了某些参数对雾化的影响,并把计算得到的喷雾贯穿距离和SMD同实验进行了比较。In this paper we consider the breakup of a fuel jet injected through a circular nozzle into a gas. With the assumption that atomization is due to aerodynamic interaction between the liquid and the gas creating unstable wave growth on the liquid jet surface which eventually leads to the formation of small droplets, the present work suggests that the process of atomization can be divided into two stages: the primary atomization and the secondary atomization. The former only takes place at the liquid gas interface and is mainly caused by the unstable wave growth and breakup; the latter occurs within the liquid gas mixing regime and is under the control of the further breakup and coalescence of the droplets formed after the primary atomization. In addition, the effect of several parameters on atomization is analyzed. The computed results of spray penetration and SMD are compared with experiments.
