消痹灵关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘　　要：为验证消痹灵关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。将80例患者随机分为两组,每组各40例。观察组应用消痹灵针剂,对照组应用透明质酸钠凝胶,均行关节内注射,每周1次,5次为1个疗程。分别于注射后5周及6个月时参考Lequesne方法及《中药新药临床研究指导原则》进行疗效评定。结果显示,两组治疗均有效,而观察组在缓解的时效上比对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),提示消痹灵控制症状见效快,是一种既能治标,也能治本,标本兼治的好方法。To verify the curative effect of XIAOBILING(XBL,a TCM preparation with relieving inflammatory reaction and promoting cartilage cell recovery) intra-articular injection to cure knee joint osteoarthritis.80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases respectively.They were given by intra-articular injection,observation group with XBL ampule and control group with Sodium Hyaluronate gelatum,once a week,5 times for a course.After 5 weeks and 6 months,effects were evaluated by Lequesne method and Guide and Principle of New Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research.It showed that there were effective in both groups and observation group had more quick and obvious effect of relieving pain than control group(P<0.01).It indicated XBL intra-articular injection was a good method to cure knee joint osteoarthritis.
