摘  要:搭建新型单翅片性能试验台,对同一副模具冲制的齿高为3.0~3.6mm、齿距为6.81~8.45mm的6种锯齿型翅片进行低雷诺数下传热和阻力性能的试验研究,并对翅片模具磨损规律和寿命进行了量化的探讨.将试验结果与三维仿真结果以及Muzychka的研究结果进行比较,三者的趋势吻合良好.基于Levenberg-Marquardt法对试验数据进行回归分析,得到翅片传热因子和摩擦因子的试验关联式.通过测试生产线上一副模具在不同冲压次数下翅片的性能,发现模具磨损过程存在3个阶段,第2阶段的翅片质量比较稳定;该类模具的推荐使用寿命为105万次,超过该冲压次数后翅片毛刺明显增多.研究结果为错列锯齿型钢翅片的性能优化提供了参考.A novel single fin performance test rig was built, and experimental studies were conducted on the six fin schemes with 3.0-3.6 mm in fin height and 6.81-8.45 mm in fin wavelength pressed by the same cold mould at low Reynolds number and the mould wear regulations as well as lifetime were quantitatively discussed. The experimental results were compared with the three-dimensional simulated results and Muzychka's investigation, and all tendencies agree well. Based on Levenberg-Marquardt method, the experimental data was regressed and the experimental correlations of fin performance were obtained. According to the measuring fin performance of different pressing times for one mould pair on production line, it was found that mould wear process can be divided into three stages, among which fin quality in the second stage is stable. The recommended lifetime of this type of moulds is less than 1 050 thousand times, above which burrs are evident. These results provide a reference for performance optimization of steel offset strip fins.
