摘 要:配电网出现单相接地故障时,故障相会出现大短路电流.智能电器要求在出现大短路电流情况下尽快启动瞬动保护,清除故障.但目前瞬动保护算法难以保证在各种短路情况下都能快速清除故障,保护重要负荷.本文对智能电器的瞬动保护算法进行了研究,提出了基于数学形态学(MM)滤波的瞬动保护算法,该算法先用级联数学形态滤波器对短路电流信号进行滤波,有效滤除了故障信号中的非周期分量和高频分量,滤波后用快速求导算法计算短路电流的有效值.算法简洁快速,兼顾瞬动保护的快速性和可靠性、不但有效地保护了线路和负荷,而且能缩短短路引起的电压暂降的持续时间,减少了短路造成的经济损失.When one-phase ground fault happens in distribution network, great short circuit current will emerge in fault phase. It is required by intelligent devices to start instantaneous protection and remove fault signals as quickly as possible when great short circuit current emerges. But it is difficult for present instantaneous protection algorithms to quickly remove faults and protect important loads in all kinds of short circuit cases. This paper presents instantaneous protection algorithm based on Mathe- matical Morphology (MM) filter. The proposed algorithm employs MM filter to filtrate fault circuit signals, and after the removal of the aperiodic component and high frequency component, the values of the fault current can be got with deviation algorithm. The algorithm, which takes both quickness and reliability into consideration, is convenient and suitable for distribution network. It can not only guarantee the security of lines and equipment, but also shorten the duration time of voltage sag to reduce the economy loss caused by short circuit.
