摘 要:对拉拔和捻制1860MPa钢绞线过程中发生断丝的原因进行了分析,并从炼钢、轧钢和用户在加工过程中各工序对断丝率的影响进行了归纳总结。研究认为:为了将断丝率降到最小,在生产盘条时必须控制高的钢材纯净度、较好的力学性能、高的索氏体率和合理的珠光体片层间距;在制作钢绞线时,应该合理分配每道次的加工硬化强度,合理设计拉拔过程每道次减面率,充分考虑好润滑和冷却条件,根据不同的盘条和设备设定合理的拉拔和捻制速度。This paper not only analyses the factors which cause the steel wires broken during drawing and twisting, but summarizes the effects of every process including smelting, rolling and customers' treatment which affect the broken ratio. It' s studied that in order to minimum the broken ratio, the steel wires should have high purity, champion mechanical property, high sorbite ratio, appropriate pearlitic distance between commutate segments; the manufacture factory also should properly allocate the treatment hardness, design every drawing reducing ratio, give the best lubricating and cooling conditions and design drawing and twisting rate according to the wires and equipment.
