摘 要:在合成气一步法合成二甲醚过程中,产物被冷凝为气、液两相。采用CY700型金属丝网波纹规整填料,以去离子水为吸收剂对气相产物在操作温度20~50℃、压力1.0~3.OMPa、气液比(体积流率比)100~300的范围内进行了吸收分离研究,考察工艺参数对二甲醚吸收的影响。实验结果表明:吸收的操作压力和温度是影响二甲醚吸收的主要因素。在较高的操作压力下,采用较大的空塔气速依然可以得到较高的二甲醚吸收率;低温有利于二甲醚的吸收,吸收温度控制在400C左右为宜;吸收剂水量控制在236ml/(m^2·s)~283ml/(m^2·s)范围内为宜。The product is condensed to form gas and liquid phases in the one-step synthesis process of dimeth- yl ether (DME) from syngas. The absorption of DME in the gas phase in a tower with CY700 type gauze corrugated packing and deionized water as absorbent was studied in temperature 20℃ - 50℃, pressure 1.0MPa - 3.0MPa, and V/L ( the volume ratio of feed gas to absorbent liquid) 100 - 300. The effects of process parameters on the absorption of DME were investigated. The results showed that operating pressure and temperature were major factors affecting DME absorption'. At higher operating pressure, higher DME absorptivity was still obtained at higher gas velocity, low temperature was in favor of DME absorption. It is appropriate to control the absorption temperature at about 40℃ and absorbent loading 236ml/(m^2 · s) - 283 ml/(m^2 · s).
