芪参复康胶囊抗焦虑作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究芪参复康胶囊的抗焦虑作用。方法:给小鼠灌胃芪参复康胶囊内容物,剂量为0.6、1.2g/kg;以地西泮(diazepam)0.005g/kg、丁螺环酮(buspirone)0.001g/kg灌胃,作阳性对照;并以生理盐水设空白对照组。连续给药14d,然后分别对小鼠进行双向主动回避试验、明暗穿箱试验和高架十字迷宫试验。结果:芪参复康胶囊组可减少小鼠的非条件反应次数及试验间的错误动作次数,减少小鼠在暗室的滞留时间,增强小鼠对白室的探究兴趣,增加在白室的滞留时间,明显增加小鼠进入高架十字迷宫开臂的次数。三种试验结果表明,芪参复康胶囊2个剂量组与2个阳性对照组比较,各项指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:芪参复康胶囊具有很好的抗焦虑作用。Objective： To study the anxiolytic effect of Qishen Fukang Capsules. Methods： Qishen Fukang Capsules were given to the mice ig with the dosage of 0.6,1.2 g/kg. For the positive control, diazepam was given to the mice ig with the dosage of 0.005 g/kg and buspirone 0.001 g/kg. Blank control group was set up with NS.After administration of 14 consecutive days, two-way active avoidance experiments, shading wear box test and elevated maze test were carried on the mice. Results： Qishen Fukang Capsules group could reduce the numbers of non-response to the conditions and the numbers of wrong moves, could reduce the retention time in the darkroom,could increase the explore interest in the bright room,the stay time in bright room and significantly the numbers of opening arms entering the EPM. Three experimental results showed that the indicators between Qishen Fukang Capsules group and the two positive control groups were no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Qishen Fukang Capsules have a good anxiolytic effect.
