摘　　要：DF4D型（半悬挂）机车2004年8月在转向架构架局部处发现裂纹，为此采用了有限元分析、动力学仿真计算、静强度及疲劳强度试验、线路动应力测试、现场应急处理等手段，介绍了裂纹产生的原因、试验结论。及时制定了机务段改造、中修、大修、新造等方案及处理措施，解决了这一危及行车安全的问题。DF4D （half suspension） locomotive frame local cracking was found on August 2004.By using the finite element method, static strength and fatigue strength test, track dynamic stress test and disposing on spot, overhaul treatment measure and mason of cracking is introduced. The scheme for depot repair, intermediate overhaul and overhaul is suggested for DF4D locomotive repair in detail.
