摘　　要：根据国内外4000m3级高炉技术经济运行特点,对马钢新区新高炉追求的技术经济运行成效进行了评估,并就生产操作中对原、燃料质量控制要求、技术经济指标、技术进步等方面提出了建议。The technical and economic achievements to be pursued at Masteel＇s BF of New District are evaluated based on that of the BF of same scale both at home and abroad. Proposals on requirements for quality control of raw materials and fuels in production operation, technical and economic targets and technical progress are raised.
