摘　　要：以延庆站改造为实例,通过对改造期间电网特殊运行方式下的风险点分析,制定了调度技术措施和组织措施,总结出了适合于电网改造期间制定调度安全应急预案的一般原则。Take the Yanqing station＇s reforms as the example, by analyzing the risk point under special operation ways during the transformation period, the dispatch technical measure and the organizational measure are worked out and we have summarized the principles of emergency predetermined plan of dispatch safety which are suited in electrical network transformation period.
