纯硅ZSM-35沸石的合成及特性研究

摘　　要：利用吸附态模板剂在Ｎａ２Ｏ－ＳｉＯ２－ＥＤＡ（乙二胺）的干粉体系中合成了纯硅ＺＳＭ－３５沸石，并采用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ、ＩＲ等手段对产物的物化特性进行了表征。考察了无机碱及乙二胺用量对纯硅ＺＳＭ－３５沸石合成的影响。通过稳定性实验发现，纯硅ＺＳＭ－３５沸石的热稳定性及耐酸性较好，而耐碱性较差。Pure silica zeolite ZSM 35 was obtained by dry method from a powder system of Na 2O SiO 2 EDA(ethylenediamine)with the template EDA in an adsorbed state The effects of the amount of alkali and EDA in reaction mixture on final products and the crystallinity of ZSM 35 were investigated The physico chemical properties of samples were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and IR The ratio of Na 2O∶EDA∶SiO 2=(0 167～1 167)∶(0 5～0 9)∶1 in reaction materials was found to be most favorable to the crystallization of ZSM 35 The thermal stability and resistance to acid of pure silica ZSM 35 were excellent,while its resistance to alkali was relatively poor
