摘　　要：基于需求工程对于综合电子信息系统建设和集成的重要意义,阐述了综合电子信息系统需求工程的基本概念、重要作用和主要特点,讨论了在综合电子信息系统建设中开展需求工程的基本内容、实施过程、主要方法和评价准则,提出了当前及今后相关领域亟待解决的主要问题。Based the importance to the construction and integration of C^4ISR, expatiate the concept, function and characteristic of Requirements Engineering of C^4ISR, and discusses the basic content, implement process, major methods and the rule of evaluation. In addition, the major problems which desiderate to be resolved currently or in the future are also given.
