摘　　要：目的了解168例声带良性病变患者发病的危险因素,探讨理想的预防及康复措施。方法对2005年10月至2006年10月在我院门诊经喉镜检查确诊的168例声带良性病变患者与同期检查喉部正常者153例进行对照分析。结果调查研究显示患者的职业、年龄、生活环境、生活习惯、饮酒、用声时间及用声方法等因素与声带良性病变的发病密切相关。结论为患者提供健康保健知识,针对生活中不良习惯给予指导,可以预防声带良性病变的发生,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the risk factors of benign disorders of vocal cord in 168 patients and to study their preventing ＆ nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 168 patients, who were diagnosed as having dysfunctional vocal diseases by laryngoscope in PLA General Hospital from Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2006, were retrospectively studied; the results were compared with those of 153 normal during the same period. Results We found that five factors, i.e. career, age, living environment, alcohol drinking, time and methods of using vocal sound, were highly relative to benign disorders of vocal cord. Conclusion Health education on the above risk factors can help to prevent benign disorders of vocal cord and improve life qualities.
