米诺环素治疗沙眼衣原体子宫颈炎

摘　　要：目的：观察米诺环素对４０例无并发附件炎或盆腔炎子宫颈沙眼衣原体感染的疗效。方法：给病人及其配偶米诺环素１００ｍｇｐｏ，ｑｎ，首次剂量加倍，病人共服１４ｄ，配偶共服９ｄ，治疗完成后２～４ｗｋ进行疗效评价。结果：病人的微生物学治愈率为９２％（３７／４０例）。结论：口服米诺环素对无并发症子宫颈沙眼衣原体感染疗效确切。AIM: To observe the efficacy of minocycline in treating uncomplicated Chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis. METHODS: Forty patients were treated with minocycline 200 mg, po, qd×1 d, 100 mg, po, qd×13 d. The husbands of the patients were treated with minocycline 200 mg, po, qd×1 d, 100 mg, po, ×8 d. The efficacies of minocycline were evaluated on 2-4 wk after completion of the treatment. RESULTS: microbiological cure was found in 37/40 patients (92%). CONCLUSION: A 14 d course of oral minocycline is effective for treatment of uncomplicated Chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis.
