尿蛋白普通琼脂糖凝胶电泳与SDS-PAGE的比较

摘　　要：目的:评价尿蛋白普通琼脂糖凝胶电泳(AGE)的临床价值。方法:采用普通AGE检测305例患者尿蛋白,其中112例做十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),两者进行比较,并结合患者的临床和病理诊断分析。结果:普通AGE图谱可分为五种类型,对应于SDS-PAGE的四种蛋白尿类型,分别为肾小管性蛋白尿、肾小球性蛋白尿、混合性蛋白尿和溢出性蛋白尿。结论:普通AGE能很好地判断肾小管性蛋白尿,较好地判断大部分肾小球性蛋白尿和混合性蛋白尿,很好地判断溢出性蛋白尿。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of uirinary protein routine agar gel electrophoresis （AGE）. Methods ：The uirinary protein of 305 samples were dectected by routine AGE,while 112 samples of them were detected by SDS-PAGE. To compare the results of the routine AGE with SDS-PAGE and to associate it with the clinacal and pathology diagnosis of patiens. Results：The patterns of routine AGE could be classified into five types, which were corresponding to the four types of the patterns of SDS-PAGE. They were tubular, glomerular, mixed and flowing proteinuria respectively. Conclusion：The routine AGE could conclude the tubular proteinuria very well, most of glomerular and mixed proteinuria well, and flowing proteinuria very well.
